The goal
What we found
171 verified reviews at 4.8 stars or better, and they appear on none of your pages or ads
What it costs: A prospect goes ad, page, contact form, and never sees a single piece of evidence that 171 people rated you 4.8 or better. For a five-figure solar job where the buyer gets three quotes, that's the cheapest conversion lift on the table.
The fix: Put the rating and count above the fold on every page, and turn on Google Ads seller rating extensions.
Your call ad points at a page with no phone number on it
What it costs: A call ad exists to generate a phone call. Anyone who clicks through to the website instead of tapping the ad button lands on a page with no number to ring.
The fix: Add the phone number to both landing pages. Ten minutes, on money spending today.
Your own suburb page opens with a customer quote instead of saying what you do or where
What it costs: The page doesn't rank for "electrician canning vale" despite having it exactly in the H1, because nothing on the page is actually local. It's word-for-word interchangeable with 19 other suburb pages.
The fix: Rewrite the opening paragraph to say what you do and where, and add real local detail so the page can't just be find-and-replaced into a different suburb.
You advertise as one company name and publish another company's licence on the site
What it costs: A cautious buyer checking your advertiser disclosure lands on a website whose credentials belong to a different company name. Most people never look. The ones who do are your highest-value buyers.
The fix: Pick one public brand name and make your ads, website, ABN and licence all say the same thing.
The maths
One fix, done for you
Who we've helped: We recently helped Daniel from Nexus Electrical Co, a Perth electrician, with his Meta ad content and website landing pages. Real result: 16 leads at $41.57 cost per lead in his first campaign month.
Before you go
How did you find this without talking to us?
Everything in this audit came from public data: your website, your Google listing, and public ad libraries. Nothing came from inside your business, and if anything here is wrong, tell us and we'll correct it.
Does this cost anything?
No. This audit is free, and there's no obligation to work with us afterwards either way.
What actually happens if I get in touch?
A quick, no-pressure chat about what we found and whether it's worth fixing. If it's not a fit, no hard feelings.
Hey, thanks for taking a look at the audit.
I only spent about half an hour on your digital presence and found these four things. They're not the biggest issues out there, but they all add up to how you rank and how you show up online.
If you want to go deeper, I'd love to take a proper look at your paid ads, specifically Google and Meta, and hear a bit about your business and where you want to take it, whether there's a revenue number you're chasing. We specialise in Perth service businesses, tradies and schools included.
If any of this is worth a conversation, send me a message below and I'll give you a call.
Thanks,
Chris
